How To Use The Pro Reliever

• Position the flat side with the circle on a hard surface such as a chair or counter top.

• Place the smooth side of the device in your underarm (armpit area) and move around to find the tender muscle tissue.

• Apply desired pressure with your bodyweight for at least 30 seconds. Repeat as needed.
